Dear All, Yesterday was the International Day of Peace and the International People's Climate March. Around the world, we are more connected than ever before, and more concerned about global issues. And in all this, we are always reminded by yesterday's First Reading from Isaiah: “Seek the Lord while he is still to be found, call to him while he is still near.” There is one more week, and then holidays for those connected with schools. During this time there will be a YCS camp at Port Pirie, the National Youth Ministry Convention and the Annual Members Meeting of the Australian Network of Youth Ministry Coordinators. See below for details of the first and the participants of the second from our diocese. In Peace, Sr Elizabeth Young youthministry@pp.catholic.org.au 0448 809 134

“Be strong and bold; have no fear or dread of them, because it is the Lord your God who goes with you; he will not fail you or forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 I like this verse because it makes me feel brave. Also it sounds like God follows you when you go through everything. Nathan, 15, Roxby Downs Bible verse LIKE form is available on surveymonkey.
